These Terms & Conditions apply to the RuedaFeliz app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Mattia Sangermano (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
The Application allows users to scan bike QR codes and submit ratings and reviews to help other riders make informed decisions. You agree to use the Application only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.

To use the Application's features, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify the Service Provider immediately at privacy@ruedafeliz.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
By submitting a review or rating through the Application, you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the Application. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including its source code, design, trademarks, and content, remain the property of the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, translate, or create derivative works of the Application without prior written permission.

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
The Service Provider is not affiliated with any bike company. Bike availability, condition, and any associated terms are the sole responsibility of the respective bike operators.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on user-submitted reviews or ratings.
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning correctly due to lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data. Any data charges from your mobile network provider remain your responsibility.
The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases and you should delete it from your device.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
The Service Provider may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
